Introduction and working principle of uncovered commercial dishwasher
1 The hood dishwasher is the less expensive and simpler of the common commercial dishwashers. It is especially suitable for service industries with small washing volumes such as small restaurants, hotels, and bars.
2 The working principle of the uncovered dishwasher is that the switch contacts in the program controller are sequentially closed or disconnected according to the requirements set by the program, so as to drive the power gain and loss of the main circuit relay outside the PLC and the solenoid valve coil, and control work of each part. The water is pressurized by an electric washing pump to form a water flow with a jet pressure up to 4m. At the same time, the heating tube composed of stainless steel ring-shaped electric heating tube quickly heats the water to a certain temperature (the temperature can be selected by the program controller according to the user's requirements for tableware cleaning), and it is supplemented with cleaning and disinfecting agents. The dishes in a hood dishwasher are constantly spinning due to the reaction force of the water spray on the nozzle, so the water column sprayed on the top of the dishwasher still has a large reaction force. The spray arm continuously sprays the hot water of detergent or rinse agent to the surface of the tableware from three-dimensional direction with a certain pressure, so that the hot water is evenly sprayed to the surface of the tableware with a certain intensity, so that all the surfaces of the tableware are repeatedly cleaned, thus Reduces oil viscosity and adsorption.
3 Soak and puff food residues with hot water; detergent emulsifies, decomposes and disinfects oil stains and residues. Strong force, heat, and chemical action make the grease and residue on the surface of the tableware quickly decompose and fall off; therefore, after steaming fish, eggs and milk, this will remove the residual juice attached to the tableware. Then rinse with clean water; the dirt falls into the bottom filter, the cleaned sewage is automatically discharged by the drainage pump, and the waste heat is used to dry the tableware. Simply put, the uncovered dishwasher uses the rotational power of the spray arm to form water pressure, so that the high-temperature water pressure mixed with detergent can continuously clean the tableware, so that all surfaces of the tableware can be cleaned. It is then filtered and rinsed with clean water, dried and sterilized.
